Blogging is a fun way to enhance your recovery. You have to keep on top of recovery issues in order to write a blog. You also help people which is fun. Blogging also raises your self-esteem because it turns you from a student into a teacher. "The Fix" is my blog.
If you keep a journal on this board consider writing a blog as well. My first journal became my book. You too can see your name in print. Don't be afraid to use your real name on the blog although this is optional. Just have a good time. Writing is a great way to get through withdrawal as it distracts you and keeps your mind on recovery and not your PoA. You do not have to be good at this. You just have to write and, to quote the movie, "The Letters" ". . . Become a pencil in God's hands."
I have a Wordpress that I write in sporadically. I dont’t name my primary addiction as Love Addiction, but I talk about my secondary addiction a lot. I find it’s good to get a voice out there in the world.
